This year’s vacation included a stay in Orlando and the obligatory Disney World and Universal Studios tour. My favorite has always been Animal Kingdom. I know zoo’s are no longer considered a good thing but I can’t help it. I love the safari ride at Animal Kingdom. Here are a few photo’s.
Microsoft recently launched their version of Hyperlapse. http://aka.ms/hyperlapse I thought I’d give it a try, quick and easy download with an intuitive interface. It was pretty quick and easy to get immediate results.
The key is to have video that looks straight ahead and avoid side to side pans. So the first video is a compilation of the GoPro video I shot at Comic Con in San Diego in 2014. YouTube butchered the compression and it looks terrible compared to the original. I’ll have to see if there’s some tweaking in the settings I can do to make it more compatible with YouTube. The video was shot with a hand held GoPro 3+.
So we arrived safe and sound. We had two of the best flights I’ve had in a long time. Smooth flying with even smoother landings. After dinner we wandered the strip and I took the opportunity to try my Fuji X100S camera out in the night and lights of Las Vegas. It was by Vegas standards and pretty quiet evening.
